If you're new to owning property overseas we understand you'll have many questions about the considerations you will need to take into account.
New homeowners will be unfamiliar with many of the legal requirements and local customs. It is essential that your home is set up correctly right from the beginning, otherwise small problems can get ‘blown’ out of proportion. We will provide a start up service at a cost of $250. For this we will assist you to be properly licensed, registered for tax (although Margarita is tax free you are required to have a tax ID number to own property), we'll ensure that you're connected to all utilities and ensure there are no outstanding bills registered on your property.
